Dear Sir,
I bought a Faber cook top 3 years back. Cook top glass is broken . I have locked a complaint on 4th Feb’13 to replace it and I am ready to pay. There is no service available .
Now I really doubt , If there is any advantage of buying this stuff from reputed brand and spending money . If it could have been a local stuff , it was more easy for me to get it replaced or even through it away and get new one . It would have costed me more economic.
Anyway I am planning to go to consumer court to file my complaint ( Complaint Number : 1302547133).
