I applied for a internet connection in new delhi on4th sept 2012.I talked to Mr Suresh and he immediately came to my house and took the booking amount that was Rs 1500 after promising that the connection would be installed within 3 days. After repeated talks and reminders the connection was still not installed in a week. So i demanded my money back. It has been 4 days after that and i have got no news from them. Whenever I call he does not pickup or the phone is out of network coverage. I’m sick and tired of this and hope that you can help me resolve this issue.
