No Service during address change

I had registered request for De-installation of my Eureka Forbes Inova machine ( Water Purifier) on 24th-May-2015 – ( Complaint no. 91945788 ) since I was relocating. In-spite of repeated reminders , non of the engineers visited for the same even after 4 day , although their committed service TAT is 24 hours. I had to face a lot of difficulties and harassments for the same. I had to relocate and purchase a new Water Purifier because of their improper service. Also would like to inform that my machine was under AMC.
Please look into the matter.
