Dear Sir,

My vodafone number is 9619722296. I have corporate super
saver plan 199. I am facing network & internet problem since last month.
I called more than five times in customer care where i was informed
upgradation going on in first two calls after which i was asked to
replace the sim card.
I went yesterday at vashi branch wich was closed @ 8 and vodafone
executive informed me timings as 10 to 9 in customer care call.
Today i went @ 7.15 at ghatkopar branch were i was late so the same situation.
I called customer care thrice were two calls were dropped in between
and solution was given to me as go to gallery again tomorrow.
Its mentioned on vodafone website that
