My complain is that in spite of having sufficient balance i am not able to make calls and sent text messages, when spoke with customer service, i was informed that its due to technical issues. the problem every month, but now in last one week its occurred more than 3-4 times. i was given complain reference numbers (3192601422,3191469041)and was informed that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours but it never. while in a middle of an important conversation i get cutoff and then i cannot call. if this is the kind of service they provide then i have switch to a different provider. no one from the customer service is ready to help. please help me and this problem resolved. its a mental harassment to me and i will legal action if required.
