I have been using HP gas for last 5 years and there was always a delay in delivery, and it is not a small delay,You will be shocked to know that i takes 2 months for my Hp gas to be delivered. I have made many complaints at my dealer’s office but they never taken any step. We always keep kerosene to cook as a back up but now kerosene has become a daily use because we dont get our hp gas to cook, later on hp came with online booking system and i made online booking but my hp gas was never being delivered to me.
UNFORTUNATE TO WRITE THAT SUCH A REPUTED GAS AGENCY CAN’T PROVIDE SERVICE.
Its my humble request to the consumer forum please do the needful. It has been really tiring for me as house wife.
