I have a Reliance reconnect washing machine which is out of order since 23rd April, 2015.
I have previously complained last year Dec, after a long time and with the efforts of like seven to eithy engineers the machine was bought back to working condition after replacing various spare parts.
Now I have again being complaining since a long time. The complaint number being 8004301494 and later on 700058934.
My calls are not being answered by the service representative including the service head. And by mistake of they answer the call they say can’t talk right now I am busy.
I have personally gone to the hazratganj relaince digital outlet and complained. After that a service engineer did sherry after two days but till date I have got no response from the engineer.
The service is totally poor and above that no one cares for the customer.
I will not recommend anyone to but Reliance products.
