no salary and compensation payment by the company

Name of company/service: KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd

My peaceful and polite permanant services with the company were suddenly terminated by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd on 24th July2012.
The company has caused a sevior financial damage to my professional service by not paying my salary for the month of July 2012.
Also the 3 months compensation amount for notice period (as per the company appointment letter) is not yet paid by the company upon immediate service termination. A criminal offence complaint (number 18110) for filing an FIR (first investigation report) against permanant employee harrasment by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd has been given to Hinjewadi, Pune police station for further investigations.
