I have a Fiat Punto bought in july 2011 and the factory fitted Stereo developed defect in Oct 2011 , after vigrous follow up with the comapany , Fiat India it was replaced in March 2012. Now this replced Stereo has a problem of buttons peeling. I wrote to the company on November 4th 2012, again on Nov 9th 2012 and then escalated to their international customer care mail id on December 6th 2012 , I received a reply on December 9th that they will get back , however there is no response from the company, Fiat india.I request you to take this up with them so that the replace the Stereo Unit
