no response to money refund complain

Name of company/service: vodafone

The vodafone customer care fools people and say aapke paise kat gae ab ni aaege vaapis and deducted rs 35 from my balance i complained to the zonal head there he said he will get back 2 me in 2 days and now its been 4 days my service request number is 389815404. the amount may not be big but customer exploitation n bluffing is my basic complaint.
