I had not expected such a poor service from Airtel. I purchased a broadband connection online on 26th March 2016. Till 2 weeks, no one contacted me. I got tired of calling the helpline and got vague responses like someone will call you in 24 hours , it’s under process… I went to Airtel outlet on 10th April and came to know my area is not under their radar. They should have intimated this before taking the payment! As I chose my location while making the payment. I have been continuously mailing Airtel since 3 weeks for refund but have not got any positive response yet. This is HIGHLY disgusting. They take money and then make customers miserable and at their mercy! Kindly take an action ASAP and refund at the earliest. Thank you!
