No response on Delivery of Defective Sofa set

I had purchased an ALICE Sofa set in Oct 2011 from above stores after paying Rs.18900/- and they promised me with one year warranty. In Jul12, we realized that Sofa has torn out from stitching and I made complaint on given phone numbers.
Thereafter, I have made so many phone calls/ sent Emails with photograph of sofa. Even visited to stores personally but there is no response from that side. Only I got reply of my mail but in vain. No body have visited to my place even once. It is almost 18 days have past. The most amazing thing is that store people including manager do not pickup their phone/ mobile. Even their so called headquarter does not pickup the calls. It keeps ringing. Very pathetic response from them.
