No response of complaints

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have complained to tikona on 20-7-2013 about my internet connection not working but till now (04.08.2013) my connection is not fixed and i have not found any proper reply by the company. Being a student i depend on my online books and study materials for my studies but i am unable to access them as my internet is not working. An engineer had visited my place but was unable to fix the problem and all he could say was that complaint again and then it might be fixed. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and get my issue fixed.
