I have recharged my mb. 8452020414 on 1st of march with Rs. 152 for net use(500MB 3G & 500MB 2G )but after recharge i didn’t get benifit then i tried to call customer care but my no. have blocked to connect.
then I filed request from my friends mb.
They filed and told me to wait for 24 hrs and there was no solution provided. Then again I filed on 3rd of march but again same reply with no solution.
Then I visited to airtel service center, there the exicutive was contineously asking for transiction Id while i have shown all the proof of recharge online i.e. msg from company balance receipt after a long time he filed my complain but still there is no response since it was an emergency while i have recharged my mb. but till now on 6th of feb it didn’t get recharge .
Kindly do the needful.
