i had done my recharges to my no n its a perticular message pack of 32 rs n they said that my recharge was not updated from last 4 days n they used to put me on hold n then again i recharged my phone number with 32 again n yet the pack wasnt activated n they said me that 2 recharges of same no cannot work so they said they wont return my money n they always use to charge for some suscription by rs 1 daily without any permission n it doesnt get deactivated even… n the customer care executives do not listen to the customers and they put the line on a continous hold untill i wid no option left have to disconnect my call….
