No response – Issues on Bill

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have been charged for usage of Airtel mobile for net usage. On writing to authority, received a mail stating they have my approval for activating the service on my phone. While requesting for the proof – they dont produce. Morever i discontinued the service in March 2012 itself. Still They are sending the bill for Monthly charges.

Want to take up with consumer court – Have all correspodneces mail evidence to prove Airtel is at Fault
