I have done the payment last month for Rs. 10000 for a package to Kerala in Sept’12 for 2 people, but now i want to cancel it but i am not getting any proper response from them. Also when i called for cancellation they are telling me that the package is in the name of some Manisha Malhotra who i dont know. Now when i am calling for cancellation of the package now one is taking my request nor cancelling my package stating that they need to take approval from that executive who has booked my package, also that executive is not calling me nor coming on cal when i call. Whenever i call on their number they tell me that they will call me back on my number but i dont get any call back. So now its my humble request to you to please help me in this regards & get my money back with full refund as i am cancelling the package more than 30 days of my travel date, as i am following up with them from 1st aug’12 & today is 5th Aug’12.
