no response from tata docomo kolkata even after making complaint to consumer forum

respected sir,

my name is sumit sarda using tata docomo kolkata
number – 9007500405.

Sir tata docomo company calls me up 8 to 10 times
a day and sometimes even more than that any
time, during lunch time or even sometimes during
bedtime at night.. They call me from different
types of numbers like – 1402020182, 1402020183,
1402020184,1402020185, 1402020186, etc.and
many more numbers. .I use to put some of their
numbers at reject list but they again called me
from any other number. .

so today I called at the tata docomo customer care
at 3.42pm on date – 11 – 06 – 2013, I talked to
customer care supervisor,regarding my
problem. .she was a lady, I told her about my
problem but she talked so rudely to me saying, u
will receive this many calls as u get before. .her
name may be ‘ Ms.Suparna’or ‘ Ms.Sutapa ‘. .as
when I asked her name atlast she in such a rude
and fast way,told her name. .I couldn’t get her
exact name, then 2nd time when I asked her
name,she directly told in a loud voice, she can’t
say her name any more and she charged me angrily
saying can’t you listen properly. .
what sort of a supervisor is she, she doesn’t have
any etiquette how to talk to a customer. .such an
illmannerism is not expected atleast from a `
SUPERVISOR `. .

Sir I wrote you a letter yesterday about the
above mentioned problem and I got a message
from tata docomo kolkata that your team called
them up regarding my complaint but still they are
so much shameless,they still didn’t called me up
for any apology and neither have they taken any
steps regarding my problem and that too they
have called thrice continuously from their same
numbers-1402020185, 1402020186. .they have the
time for all these unsolicited calls but they don’t
have the time to solve my problem or for a little
apology. .such a shameless they are. .
