No Response for Product Replacement

Hi,

We have bought Micro-own from Vijay Sales(Ashram Road) on Sep-2016 after that on Sep-2017 we have complain for product problem (up to this Under warranty).They have agreed for services but somehow this product parts not available so they told us to import parts for that we have to wait for 1 month. after one month we have again called to sales person Vishal Prajapati (7211190993).He told us that Company will replace new product or get money refundable but still we are not getting any response from Electrolux. Every 15 days we have called to Videocon head Sunil bhai.but now that left company so right nor after complete 9 month no one is give proper response for this and even electrolux support team is not given response mail to us.

Please take any action so they can understand it.we are already waiting more than 8 month atleast give money refundable so we can buy other product for this.
