NO RESPONSE EVEN AFTER A MONTH

I had purchased 1600 shares of Tulip Telecom on intra day basis on 26th July 2012 at an average price of Rs.81.12 per share with an initial margin of Rs.27500 approximately. After a while 940 shares from the above was squared off automatically at a price of Rs.86.85 per share. Since then i have called to their customer care executives many times and have raised 4 service request for the same which are as SR232697705 on 26th july 2012, SR233882825 on 06th August 2012, SR234493124 & SR234491491 on 10th August 2012. All the said deadlines for the above complaints have already passed and am yet to receive any sort of response from their side. And whenever i have called to their customer care executive I have received silly excuses from their side which does not have any sense for this auto square off by system. I have mailed them many times on the following email ids and have not received any sort of help from them either, the ids are- [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
