On 20th December my internet stopped working, I called up Hathway customer care they said that you have already used the limit of 16 GB. my plan was 16 GB for 4 months, 2 mbps valid till 5th January 2015. As I was sure that I have not used the complete 16 GB I checked my service usage details and it showed that around 1.5 GB net is still left. I mailed them a pdf and screenshot of the service usage details but they didn’t replied back. then again I called up the customer care after calling 3-4 times they finally talked to me and said that yes, you have not crossed the limit and you’ll receive a call from our account section. I waited for 2 days but I didn’t received any call. Again I called customer care again they assured me but didn’t contacted me. same thing was repeated 3-4 times. one day I called them up saying I urgently need Internet, next day they sent a technical person to my place and also activated demo pack of 512kbps for one day. and after that they called up my father saying, you have crossed your limit of 16GB. We asked them to discontinue the services, they took away the modem and said that you’ll receive refund within 15 days but we haven’t received any refund till today.
