No response and no refund

i ordered a pair of shoes with cash on delivery and paid as needed. however the size was large. so i called the unfriendly and rude call center, where they tell a customer “these are our conditions, you will have to do listen”. so i relented to all their demands and terms and conditions. as per their process someone has to come and collect the parcel in a fixed number of days. however even after 6 days and regular follow up nobody has yet.
first they sent me a form with incorrect details and and when i call the call center they hang up
they also say that they will not refund the money and give me store credit which is not specified anywhere when u make a purchase

i need some action from them, such that they pick the parcel and credit my account. its been almost 15 days now
