I have a TATASKY connection in my name for domestic use in Koperkharirne, Navi Mumbai.
On 16th JUly there was request made to TATASKY for the relocation of the existing dish to the new location where i have recentl moved, in the same area. I have been chasing all the TATASKY BPO exeutives and am answered as if everytime its a fresh call to them. I have almost spend over Rs. 250.00 in these days to just call and ask the status for the relocation of the dish. Every time i call i am either given a new number to call on, or being assuered to receive a call in next 1 hour which does not come at all. I had also requested to advice me if i can trnasfer the connection to some one else but for this request even we are unable to receive any response from TATASKY who assure the services in 24 hours. I am frustrated in these last 3 weeks and wish to get all my money back from TATASKY and get my connection back on track without any furter delay.
