In our above mentioned office one LG split a.c,modelLSASLW3AF6,SL NO 008NZKL001293 was instaleed 15 to 16 months ago.since installation there were many breakdowns and there is always a delay in attending to the complaint.
after the warranty we entered into AMC with your authorised service center M/S CITI SERVICE,80/2,KANKULIA ROAD,KOLKATA-700029.there are breakdowns vide complaint no 120814041919 dtd 14th august and earlier complaint no rna 120724006220.
THERE IS NO RESPONSE EITHER FROM THE COMPANY OR FROM THE SERVICE CENTER.
WE HAVE COMMUNICATED TO LG OFFICE IN KOLKATA WITH COPY TO THEIR H.O ON 2ND AND 18TH AUGUST.
NO RESPONSE.
WE WANT THE UNIT TO BE REPLACED AS THERE ARE SO MANY BREAKDONS,MANY PARTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN CHANGED LIKE PCB,CAPACITORS ETC ETC AND REPAIRING IS TAKING LONG TIME. DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF SPARES
