No Responce from Customer care

I had Purchased VIDEOCON Refridgrator -170 Lit capacity Dated 12th Aug 2011, with 5 years Warranty.
since two months onwards Fridge is not working , I tried to contact customer care they had registered my complaint but no one attended to my complaint, I want to go legally pl guide me how to go about this matter.
