I have opted for POSTPAID PLAN from BHARTI AIRTEL in the name of my firm
M/s Himanshu Enterprises, and at that time they did not ask me for anything other than id proof.
Now when I want to switch my postpaid plan, with something else, (sms pack to be switched with internet pack) but now they are saying that they need this written on the company letter head.
I am contacting them with the email id already registered with them, even after that they’re not listening to my request.
