I applied for housing loan on 6th May 2012 already a person in that
building has taken a LIC housing loan. But i am yet to recieve the
loan amount the LIC agent is Krishna and the sanction person is Mani.
I have mentioned that i need loan of 2360000 for period of 15 years
from the begining but they wantedly made it as 20 years and gave the
sanction letter by 30th May. I asked them to change the tenure.again
the delayed the process by one week. I went to the chennai Adayar
branch and spoke to the manager Nagenderan. He said he will get me the
loan amount within 15th june. but still i am yet to get the cheque. I
have been in a big problem because of this delay from my builder,owner
of my current rented house and from my father.I was treated like a
beggar each and every time when i approached them.Request you take
neccessary action on Mani and krishna. Another person who applied for loan in the same building before 2 weeks has got the cheque within a weeks time. Even after 6 weeks i
havent got my loan.I am a MCA persofessional and have given a letter
for processing fee waiver please help me in this regards. I got the loan amount by july 04th 2012. I was in huge trouble for this 2 and half months. Resquest you to take neccessary action. MY loan Acoount is 510100001305.My friend has applied for the loan on the same day may 6th still he has not got the loan amount. Request proper action on the Adyar branch employees Mani,krishna and Nagendran the manager.
