Name of company/service: MTNL
My phone and internet line has been down for the last 2 weeks and MTNL has not bothered to have it repaired.
Even after giving a complaint online as well as on the phone, they have mentioned that the cable is faulty and they cannot do anything, but they will send a bill for payment for the complete faulty period promptly.
MTNL is cheating me royally and this is the second time that this has occurred.
