Dear Team,

I have purchased oppo neo 5 on 21st June 2015. On the second day only the phone got rebooted itself.when tried to start it took 45 mins to start.on the second day reported this issue to paragon shop where I bought the phone.wasif from the shop said just try removing the memory card then try it for 2 days if there is any issue will replace the phone.after 2 days we tryed with memory card removed still it was saying found new memory card where there is no card in the slot. Still wore unable to even take the incomming calls.so again went to paragon they took the phone 1st july2015 in there custody to get it replaced from oppo. After that day no one is picking up my call and they was gonna update me on last Saturday still no update no call.please someone help in this matter.
