I BOUGHT A BODY SWINGER FRPM TELE MALL SHOPPING WHICH BECOME INOPERATIVE AFTER 6 MONTHS. NOW WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE OF TELE MALL, THEY USE TO SAY THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK AND WE DONT KNOW WHEN WILL IT BE IN STOCK, THE ENGINEER IS ON LEAVE AND DONT KNOW TILL WHEN WILL HE COME, WHEN I SAID LET ME TALK TO YOUR MANAGER THEN THEY PUT OFF THE CALL.
I WANT THAT STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGNT THIS COMPANY SO THAT IN FUTURE IT WILL NOT LOOT THE GENERAL PUBLIC LIKE THIS AND ALSO PROVIDE ME WITH EITHER AN ENGINEER TO REPAIR OR EXCHANGE ME WITH NEW ONE.
