I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Delhi (Travel Reservation on 09 Nov 2012 for MR BHUVANESH PACHAURI) on Friday, 9/28/2012 through Kingfisher Airlines official web portal ( Ticket No. 0902473101866) with the Booking Reference (PNR) : ESWWEC.
The flight was cancelled and I received an email notification on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 6:55 PM. After this, I have sent multiple emails(attached below) and called up the customer care multiple time (long calls without results) but nothing positive has come out regarding my refund amount.
On 22 the October I have sent a mail to [email protected] and received a reply on 12th November mentioning my complaint ID 566102 with an assurance of taking care of the said issue very shortly.
Even after 90 days(approx) of cancellation the amount ( Rs.5300/-) has not been refunded to me.
