I Ordered an HP Laptop for Rs.42000 on Shop clues website on dec 4th (order# 9085563) , which I cancelled it due to bad reviews about it. I got a call from Sales dept guy stating the Quality of the laptop and I have 10 days return policy if I am not comfortable with the Quality. I got the Laptop with the bad Quality hence I asked them to return my laptop and get my money back which shop clues said its not at all possible for new product. They wasted my time more than 25 days which I kept calling for the refund and I was not having a computer for the studies.. I already registered a complaint with Grahak Seva with this and I got a call from Escalation dept of shop clues.. They dont want me to go to consumer court and wanted to solve this problem hence they asked me what im looking from them.. I just said half of the money as the compensation which is fair reasonable because if I approach a court i will get more than that.. Last Tuesday 14th jan they called me and said they will get back to me in 2 days.. so far there is no response from shop clues even i emailed and called shop clues for 2 times.. I was somehow happy that the Escalation team called due to Grahak seva complaint but now I dont know have any faith with shop clues. the more that Escalation team delays is going to pay me more in court..
