No refund of my payment

Name of company/service: Airtel digital TV

Dear, Sir,
I am a user of airtel digital TV. On 10/01/2013, I booked another new HD connection and paid Rs 2300=00.The next day I cancelled my booking.But after repeated telephone Airtel Digital TV is not returning my payment.
Kindly help me to get my payment back.
