our family have decided to go to darjeeling and sikkim last year during puja. so we went to hotel dynasty office in anwar shah road near dhaka kali bari to book our hotels in lataguri, darjeeling etc.we had given rs 10,000 in advance.but we were told verbally that in case we didnt go the money will be adjusted lateron.but as we had seniors in tow, we decided to reschedule our journey whn we heard about the earthquake that time and we let hotel dynasty contact person (manjari bose)know. but when we asked her to reschedule she told us it was not possible as she has given the money to other hoteliers and can not be refunded and rescheduled.so we are cheated with rs 10000.it is hard earned money of ours.can we get it back?
