No refund of fee.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: bokaro steel city&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Everonn Toppers pvt. Ltd.</p>Due to some reasons the everonn toppers in bokaro closed. They promise me to refund my one year fee. But till now no refund is done. And the institute also remains closed. The money of many students is refunded. But my money is not refund. What can i do now?
