No Refund from Tikona

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.

I had taken services from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. for broadband internet connection in May. They installed my connection on 19th May, which did not even work for a single day. After they repaired the services for 4-5 times and again there were issues in connection, i decided to terminate their services. They told me they will refund all my money as I could not use the connection for a single day. And that was proved from my data usage. They terminated my connection on 14th July 2012 and informed me that I will get refund of my money in net 45 days. Today it is more than 75 days and I have not received the money. I had paid Rs. 2400/- to avail this connection. Now I want Rs.5000/- extra as I was in a need of money and I did not get it back as per company’s promised time. I was very much in a need of internet connection when I opted for it and I could not use it for a single day after I paid for it. For this opportunity lost I want that extra 5000/- rupees as a compensation by the company.
