No refund from last 7 months and customer care number also not answered anytime

I had booked that ticket on 3rd-october-2012 for a journey on 20th october 2012 for a journey of 4 people with seat no.s 18, 23, 17, 24 through volvo bus service of UPSRTC from lucknow to varanasi but i cancelled the ticket dated 20th october 2012 on the date of booking itself i.e. 03rd october 2012. Yet untill now the amount has not been refunded in my account nor the customer care answers the telephone queries.
Kindly take respective action asap and i will be highly obliged if I get my refund back.
