Cleartrip,etc.online travel booking agents are a rip off when one needs to cancel/postpone/prepone tickets. I have spent nearly 71 k on my flights and on cancellation I receive only 8 k. The carrier was oman air, I managed getting the exact deductions from oman air towards my cancellation and have forwarded the same to cleartrip for which they have no answer and have still not responded.
I have all the communications in black and white and will take this further if the appropriate amount is not repaid back to me.
Any advise/suggestions is much appreciated.
