No refund even after one month

Make my trip is one of the worst service provider !! I paid an amount of INR 51792/- on 25.02.2015 for Dubai tickets but later I was informed that my tickets were not booked due to some internal reasons. I had paid the entire amount after telephonic conversation with the MMT representative but still they were unable to book the tickets. That is one part of the sad story !! I have been following up with MMT for my refund since 26.02.2015 but every time I call them, their representative replied that it would be refunded within 48 hours but till today , I didn’t get my refund. I had made almost 20 phone calls as of now and even mailed many times but all in vain. I even wanted to have a conversation with some senior executive of MMT but customer care didn’t allowed me to talk to them. I wanted to know the reason of the delay and want my money back.
