No refund after cancellation of order

I placed an order of Kaspersky Antivirus from www.infibeam.com on 30/07/2012 for Rs. 520, they cancelled my order due to nonavailability of product and i have not received the refund money till date.
On requesting them online, they did not gave any reply.
