Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel Limited
I deposited a check of rupees 500 in July 2011 to Bharti Airtel Limited, the money was debited from my account. Airtel was unable to provide me a broadband connection so they cancelled the request and they assured me that they will refund me within 45 days.
After a year when i got my pass book updated i saw that Airtel never refunded the amount and when i contacted them they say they are unable to trace the amount.
I have the enrollment form and check number as a proof.
