1 I had purchased a Digital Photo frame from India Today Book club in 2009, however the same was found to be defective and returned to the company.
2 The company had promised to send a replacement,which never turned up. Finally I asked the Company to refund the payment to me and despite repeated reminders and assurances from them the money has not been refunded to me.
3 Every mail is replied to with the a standard response that please give us 7-8 days more to get back to you.
4 Please suggest what legal recourse is available to me. The cost of the item was approx Rs 4200/-
5 Also afetr reading up different cases it is evident that this copmapny has a very poor reputation and has been indulging in such practices for a long time.Its time they are taken to task
