I have got the recharge done on my Videocon D2H service on 30th July,2012 for Rs. 300 and its details are as follows:

The recharge generally gets done instantly but at the worst, it takes 36 hours. But it has been a week since we have paid the amount and despite calling customer care 10 times, they are not resolving our issue. They dont transfer call to senior associate on being asked to, rather they disconnect the call. i have even e-mailed them regarding this on 4th Aug, 2012 sending the screenshot of payment made and the e-mail confirmation of the same. I even told them to pls respond otherwise i will lodge a complaint. But they have still not bothered to give any response. I even called my bank from which I got the recharge done and they told that the merchant has claimed the payment and nothing is pending from their side. I have got the recharge done to watch Ind-SL series but I have missed the same because of this lousy service plus I have lost Rs. 300 bucks as well.
Request you to please look into the matter urgently.
