The internet speeds are not at all good as per the amount we pay, I called the office 10 times and no one answered the phone. Are there people even doing their jobs? What are we paying for? I’m not receiving the service I deserve as to how much I pay. It’s not fair, if I don’t pay the bills they will disconnect the service but what are we supposed to do when they don’t give us the desired service?
