No Proper Response or Service by the Company

Name of company/service: Toshiba (Service Centre, Adajan, Surat)

I have a Toshiba Washing Machine(Model:AW-9700S), purchased from Pushpa Agencies (2-3yrs back). till now it was working properly. but some how the spin function stopped working and i call the customer care number(18002008674) and lodged a complain on 16-06-2012 (complain no.: 061612-246). after 2 days the engineer came and inspected the machine. in result, he told the circuit (chip) has gone faulty and had to be replaced which i will order and replace with-in 2-3 days. on 3rd day i.e 19-06-2012 i called again, they said parts (chip) still not received.its 10 days since than i have been calling TOSHIBA and the service centre (0261-2794076,9375767748) but still no update. the same answer. parts(chip) not received.
