no proper response

Hii my name is santosh poul using Vodafone SIM 7829788283 since last 3 years few days back I posted a complaint about poor response of Vodafone costume care I didn’t got any response from Vodafone so today again called customers care twice regarding 99 rs deductions from my account first they denied any deductions form my account
Second time when I called they said I have downloaded some software for which they have changed me but don’t understand what is that is that I have downloaded and when
I also want to know y they can’t take conformant from the customer before deducting the amount or before activating any pack
This is happening frequently with me and want to know is there any solution for this problem ………………. plz help me
