Hi, I has booked a plot in artha properties, Bangalore.they were not able to complete the project in given time they delayed for 2 years and so we cancelled it. As per their bond they have to give the refund with 15 percent interest.
We have cancelled it on Jan 2016,after many follow-ups they gave only actual amount on September month and still now they did not pay the interest part.when ever we reach them they will say next week and they don’t reply to any mails also.
