No network since last week

Location/place: vasi east(Thane)

Name of company/service: vodafone

I am vodafone subscriber but I am realy harresed by the vodafone people. In october 2012 I got portablity from reliance to vodafone for better network and service but I am sorry to say I got worst service and very bad network. From last week to today no network in my mobile.I complain online on phone and in vodafone gallery but no solution given by the vodafone people.I am a jounalist and due to this network problem i lost lot for that vodafone must pay me and solve my network problem imidiately.
