No network for Reliance pathetic customer service

Name of company/service: Reliance

recently reliance had some maintainence in vikhroli area and network was down for almost 10 days and now again for the past 3 days network is not there in Deonar , Mankhud area… and customer care is useless they dont have any info and just know to say sorry
