No invoice for the product.

Location/place: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Name of company/service: Kutchina Chimney

I bought this Kutchina – Florentine , from a person representing the Kutchina dealer at Dimna, Jamshedpur, jharkhand Area. The sales perosn name is Raj Kumar mobile no. 9204217894.Kutchina been installed to my flatand he assured me that once my cheque get cleared he will handover me the invoice for the same but still he has not deliver the same. now the chimney is dead and i want to lodge a complain but i don’t have these details customer code/product code/mobile number which should be register.

This is my humble request to you to see these matter urgently and solve it.
